Hello, it’s time for a new project for Polkadoodles. I came over a new fold at youtube at a channel called Iced images, that I had to try.
I started with white cardstock that measures 5 7/8″ x 8 1/4″. I scored it at 1 3/8″, 2 3/4″, 5 1/2″ and 6 7/8″. This one is the base. I fold it like mountain, valley, valley and mountain again.
Then I cut out four pieces that measures 1 1/8 x 5 5/8, one piece at 2 1/2 x 3. All these pieces, I colored in with stencils, stamped and colored with different stamps before I attached them to the base.
Next, I made two cubes out of white cardstock. The biggest one meaures 10 3/4″ x 2 1/2″. I scored it at 2 1/2, 5, 7 1/2 and 10“. In this one I die-cut out a scalloped circle hole before I assembled it. I also made a little hole in it, where I attached a thread with a stamped and colored butterfly. For this cube I used three pieces of 2 1/4″ x 2 1/4 ” white papers. I colored them in like before, with stencils and stamps. To the front, where the scalloped circle are, I also embossed the corners with white and silver embossing powder.
The last cube measures 6 1/2″ x 1 1/2″. I scored it at 1 1/2, 3, 4 1/2 and 6“. For this I used two pieces of 1 1/4″ x 1 1/4″. These I also stenciled and stamped, before I attached them to the cube. I also attached a litte sentiment from the sentimentals paper pack.
Then, I attached the two cubes in the middle of the base.

Have a crafty day!
